  Place is a total joke. Paid cash for an insert and got no receipt. Good thing I took pictures of me being there and the cash setting with the bill getting wrote up. Finally had a receipt emailed to me. A month later they installed the stove and brought the wrong surround that goes around the insert. That was November 2017. Then in January they come to install the correct surround. What do you know they bring the wrong one again. It’s now February 2018 and they don’t return my phone calls to get this straight. I have even told them mail me the correct piece and I’ll I install it myself even after paying 400 for a complete insert install!!! The place is messy and unorganized. Go somewhere else. We wish we would have paid someone else more money just to not deal with this dump of a place.
